WOYWW 138!

Its that time of the week again!
The fabulous blog hop that is Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday! our host is Julia , pop on over to her place to join in and see all the crafty spaces out there!
As the past two weeks' shots have been closeups of my creating space, I thought I'd take a few steps backwards and take a pic from a distance today! You might *just* be able to see my stamp storage......or at least, one half of it! (There is another wall like this opposite.....I have just a few wood mounted stamps!!)
So what's actually being worked on today?
I'm prepping up and doing the kits for a February workshop, the blue discs are the beginnings of the sample piece. Hopefully will be finished by the end of the week (takes an age to do workshop samples as I like to cut out and bag up any relevant pieces for the students as I go!) Please check back to see what I'll be teaching!
Right, off to begin the marathon nosey into the craft rooms of blogland!
Love Trish xx

    1. *blushing* that pic cuts off the top 3 shelves which have my Christmas stamps on!!!!!!!!!!! Self confessed stamp hoarder, thats me! I have a stool I stand on to reach the top, but as I've put the Christmas ones up there I don't need to climb up quite so often.....
And lets not get started on my folders of unmounteds......! xxxxxx

  12. Wowzer! That's a very impressive display! I keep mine standing up that way, too, but I have a fraction of those. I wanna come to your house and play! ;)

  13. Love all the wood mount stamps! I love having all my stamps easily seen since I'm an out of sight, out of mind person but I think I would be nervous to have them displayed quite like that. I could see me knocking over one and there would go half the shelf like dominoes. Thanks for the snoop though! Happy WOYWW

  17. I love standback shots, I get to see a more intimate part of how people create and sometimes that motivates my mojo like you wouldnt believe.

  21. Wow Trish that is some significant stamp storage. Actually makes me feel better - I will mark this page to show people who think I have got an addiction! I love the little shelf you get from your trunking as well - makes a great display space. I think I know what hose blue discs might be but I could be wrong..... TFS, and for popping over to see me Cindy #51

    1. that teeny shelf needs to be a little larger, things fall off if the wind blows through the window! Everything securely blu-tacked to the wall!!!
Blue discs.....yep, its a bit obvious isn't it!!!!!, although, as its for a class and budget is an issue, they're not 'official' if you see what I mean! all cut by me!

  24. Love to see your stamps displayed, it's the only way I know what I am going to use. If I put them out of sight, I'd never use them.
Nice big counter top to work on too. How do you store clear stamps if you have them? Enjoy your week and thanks for sharing

    1. In a basket...not really a fan of clear stamps, I've had too many of my older ones rip when the polymer has dried out etc. They're definitely not built to last like the rubber ones are!
