Speedy Paint Backgrounds: A Tutorial

Hello!
My turn again on the A Sprinkle Of Imagination creative team blog today, and yep, you guessed it, another tutorial!!
This one is for a painty background technique...creating super quick and super colourful backgrounds that you can then embellish to your hearts content!
