WOYWW160!

Happy Wednesday folks!!
Its time for the weekly blog hop hosted by the fabulous Julia over at The Stamping Ground !
Why not pop on over and see what everyone has been up to on their crafty spaces this week?
My desk today is another painty one...
I've been determined to get back into the swing of some challenges, and this is the start of a colour challenge I'll hopefully be posting by the end of the week (if it gets finished as I would like...thats the thing about colour challenges, if it's outside my comfort zone I spend ages just looking to see if I like it, and if I don't it won't get posted!!)
The challenge is tan, neutral and bright pink, as you can see I haven't started on the pink yet!!
I'm thinking pink texture paste through a stencil.......... maybe.......!!!!
The grid stamp is a big favourite of mine from The Artistic Stamper......looks very odd as I only ever seem to use paint with it (which means it gets VERY messy!), and I only stamp a little at a time so its got one filthy corner with the rest clean!
Hope you're all having a good week!
Love Trish xxx

Good Luck with your challenge, pink sounds scary with those colours but I bet it looks stunning.

  9. Hi Trish thanks for popping in to see me. Do you stand up to craft? I ask because of the considerable stash sot age under your desk!! I too love your grid stamp. Great start to the colour challenge - good luck with it. WOYWW Hugs from Helen 89

  15. The grid stamp is very cool. I can see why you'd only use an end of it, it makes for a nice added piece on your work. You wouldn't want it to overwhelm. I'll bet you use it a lot to add a little something. I like the idea of tan, neutral and bright pink, but I can see them being hard to work with. I love how bright your bright pink is. Fun!

  16. I've never had the courage to stamp with paint! Love how the stamp has ended up though! The project looks great so far, but that is an odd colour combination, stick with it!

  21. HI! Little late coming round (as usual). Which means I got to see the post after this one. In a word: Awesome!!!! Love all the texture and color scheme! I too would love to get into stamping with paint but, that would be a whole new addiction, I fear. HA!
I'm like you in two ways, clean stamps later (in a bunch) and playing with color schemes which is too much fun!! More fun than cleaning, I must say!
