Layered!

Over at Simon Says Stamp And Show this week, the challenge is layers. Just up my street!!
I've chosen not just to layer paint as I tend to do all the time, but to layer paper and card too...
Paint scraped over cardstock, then text paper sewed on. More paint, then a painty, stamped washer border strip was sewn on too...
For the final layer, I tore a rough heart shape from text paper, lightly splodged it with more paint, then sewed it in place....
A little phrase, then a smidge of outlining with a black pen, and it was finished!!
Lime, turquoise and purple, probably my favourite colour combo at the moment!

    Oh, Trish, I think this is glorious. Amazing colour combination (that I wouldn't dare go near!), and the layers of paint, paper, shapes and textures are delicious!
